Founded by Rachel Mavrothalasitis and Lauren Rowley in the spring of 2024, RVSD started as a circle of 10 women seeking to learn more about values-aligned investing.

Since, it has grown into a community of over 120 individuals sharing opportunities and inspiring one another with their entrepreneurship, money moves, and impact oriented careers.
